Cape Town City have confirmed that Mozambican international Edmilson Dove has committed his future to the club by renewing his deal at the Mother City outfit.

The 24-year-old left back has put pen to paper on a new four-year deal which sees his contract run up until 2022 following his arrival 18 months ago.

Dove has featured regularly in the City first team under coach Benni McCarthy, having made 24 appearances in all competitions last season.
