AmaZulu have confirmed the signing of midfielder Ben Motshwari from Orlando Pirates for the remainder of the season.
The 32-year-old becomes the latest addition to join Usuthu until the end of the campaign with the with an option to renew at the end of the season.
Motshwari has been with the Buccaneers since joining the club from Bidvest Wits in 2018 and has gone on to make 133 appearances while scoring five goals and registering five assists.
AmaZulu president Sandile Zungu has confirmed Motshwari as their 10th signing and welcomes his experience in the squad.
“We welcome Ben into the team and trust that he will settle in well and make a good contribution in Pablo Franco’s side,” said Zungu.
Zungu has also touched on the rumours regarding Namibian left back Riaan Hanamub and has since rubbish rumours making its rounds in the media.
“The rumours about Hanamub are malicious. We have not been approached by any club regarding his services. He is not for sale,” Zungu confirmed.
