AmaZulu have confirmed that they have agreed to part ways with defender Sibusiso Mabiliso with immediate effect.
The decision between the two parties was made after both the player and the club’s management came to an agreement to amicably part ways as he goes in search of regular game time.
Mabiliso leaves the club having netted one goal and registered four assists in 91 appearances for the club across all competitions.
The 24-year-old is now a free agent and is free to join the team of his choice for the remainder of the season.
Mabiliso has since taken the time to show his gratitude and appreciation to the club after they played a crucial role in his journey as a footballer.
“I would like to thank AmaZulu FC President, the Management, my teammates, the coaching staff, and the supporters for welcoming me back with open arms at Usuthu,” Mabiliso told his former club’s official website.
“I am very grateful for everything and the experience. I wish the team all the best for the remainder of the season.”
