Cape Town Spurs goalkeeper Neil Boshoff is roaring to go against Stellenbosch FC and knows they will “come hard at them” in the Cape derby.
The Urban Warrior came into this match after claiming a 1-1 draw against Orlando Pirates at the Orlando Stadium in mid-week action of the DStv Premiership.
Stellies, meanwhile, are playing in their second Cape derby in the space of five days after securing a 1-0 win over Cape Town City on Tuesday.
Spurs currently sit at the bottom of the league table with 11 points after 19 games, while Stellies are in second place on the log with 31 points from 18 matches.
Boshoff says his side are ready and prepared for a fight against the Maroons in the latest edition of the Cape derby.
“Right now, every point is crucial for us so as long as we keep showing up everyday and we just take each game one at a time, I think we’re in a good space at the moment,” Boshoff told his club’s official website.
“We know Stellenbosch is going to come hard at us but we’re focusing on one game at a time, we’re ready for the fight.”
