Cape Town City have continued to bolster their squad after completing the signing of attacking midfielder Lefa Aphane.
The 22-year-old joins the club after plying his trade for Tzaneen United Football Club in the ABC Motsepe League.
The Dennilton-born attacker will now make his debut in the Premier Soccer League’s top-flight with City despite interest from Polokwane City and Sekhukhune United.
The attacking midfielder has since become City’s fifth signing behind Haashim Domingo, Kayden Francis, Fortune Makaringe and Elson Sithole.
“Lefa is a young, promising player and I think he has a great future ahead of him,” City coach Eric Tinkler said.
“Finding him the way we did was a miracle and with hard work from his side, he’ll become an exceptional footballer.”
