Kaizer Chiefs have announced the club has acquired the services of Congolese striker Christian Saile Basomboli from Zambian outfit Nchanga Rangers.
The 22-year-old will join Amakhosi after he signed a three and a half year contract with the Soweto giants.
Basomboli earned a deal with Amakhosi after undergoing a successful trial period in December during the World Cup.
The Soweto giants have since announced that the Congolese striker has joined the club in the following statement:
“Kaizer Chiefs are pleased to announce the signing of Congolese striker Christian Saile Basomboli. Amakhosi bought the 22-year-old left-footed striker from Nchanga Rangers in Zambia.”
“Basomboli arrives in Naturena after penning a three-and-half year deal with the Glamour Boys. He will join the team training in the next week.
