Cape Town City have continued to strengthen their squad after acquiring the services of former Orlando Pirates midfielder Fortune Makaringe.
The attacking midfielder has joined the Citizens as a free agent after his recent departure from Pirates.

The 31-year-old has ended speculations surrounding his future after putting pen to paper on a three-year contract with the club.

Makaringe brings experience having previously played for Maritzburg United and Pirates, having made 236 appearances across all competitions while scoring 16 goals and registered 22 assists in the process.
He becomes the Citizens’ third signing following the arrivals of Haashim Domingo and Kayden Francis.
