Cape Town City have confirmed that goalkeeper Darren Keet has penned a new contract with the club.
The 34-year-old has since put pen to paper on a new two-year contract with the Citizens.
The shot-stopper joined City from Cape Umoya United in July 2021 and has gone on to keep 22 clean sheets in 52 appearances across all competitions.
“Darren Keet has signed a new two-year contract with the Citizens,” City revealed on social media.

Meanwhile, City coach Eric Tinkler had this to say on Keet extending his stay with the Citizens.
“Keet has done extremely well. He is a model professional with lots of experience and so far this season, has been very good. Happy that the club have extended his contract.”
