Kaizer Chiefs defender Thatayaone Ditlhokwe says his objective is to help Amakhosi win the Nedbank Cup trophy this season.
The Glamour Boys are set to play host to National First Division (NFD) outfit, Milford FC when the two sides meet in the last 32 of the Nedbank Cup.
However, the date and time for the Nedbank Cup’s last 32 encounter is yet to be announced by the Premier Soccer League.
Ditlhokwe is hoping he can help Amakhosi end their trophy drought as they prepare to participate in the Nedbank Cup.
“I can just say that this is the Cup that gives us hope. It is the last trophy for us to compete for this season. Despite giving our level best, we haven’t won anything yet.
“Hence, the Nedbank Cup is here now and it is all about focusing and working hard, going all out to put some silverware in the cabinet, because it would not be good for us to finish the season empty-handed.
“We don’t know much about them, but at the end of the day, it is all about focusing on ourselves, preparing and remaining focused on our objective to win. Our only objective is to win this Cup, there’s nothing more. We have only one thing in our minds.”
