Golden Arrows have bid farewell to forward Pule Mmodi, who has reportedly signed for Kaizer Chiefs.
The 30-year-old joined arrows from Uthongathi back in 2020 and has since scored 16 goals and assisted a further five in 92 appearances across all competitions.
Mmodi has been heavily linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs and is rumoured to have put pen to paper on a three-year contract with the Soweto giants.
“We bid Pule Mmodi farewell and thank him for his services to the Club,” Arrows said in a statement.
“Joining us in the 2020/21 season,he was instrumental in 92 League and Cup games up to the end of last season. He scored 16 goals and assisted in many more.
“We wish him good luck in his future endeavours.”
