Champions Mamelodi Sundowns were held to a goalless draw by Cape Town City at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in their DStv Premiership clash on Tuesday evening.

The Brazilians extended their unbeaten run in the DStv Premiership to 18 matches despite walking away with a point against the Citizens.

Sundowns were crowned league champions for the 2022-23 campaign this past weekend with seven matches remaining until the end of the season.
