Mamelodi Sundowns maintained their perfect start to the season following their 2-0 victory over Chippa United at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Gqeberha.
The Brazilians broke the deadlock in the 35th minute through an Aubrey Modiba strike to make it 1-0.
Sundowns doubled their lead in the 40th minute after Justice Chabalala put the ball into his own net following Lucas Ribeiro deflected cross.
As a result, Sundowns stretched their lead at the top of the DStv Premiership standings to five points with 12 points while Chippa occupies 12th place with three points after four matches.
