Kaizer Chiefs coach Cavin Johnson has heaped praise on Ranga Chivaviro after he scored a brace in their draw against TS Galaxy on Tuesday evening.
The Glamour Boys were forced to share the spoils with the Rockets after playing out to a thrilling 2-2 draw at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.
The draw sees Chiefs remain in eighth place with 34 points after 27 games, while Galaxy are placed fifth with 39 points from 26 matches.
Chivaviro came into the squad in place of Ashley Du Preez and Johnson was pleased with his performance on the day as he stepped up to score two goal,
“I’ve got to tell him he put up his hand, to say I’m available,” Johnson told SuperSport TV after the game.
“He’s done it before at this particular stadium and now he’s showing that he’s capable of doing it.
“Lacked a little bit in the past but we want our players to do that all the time, so we have a headache.”
