Orlando Pirates booked their spot in the Caf Champions League after a commanding 4-0 victory over AmaZulu in their final DStv Premiership clash at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.

The Buccaneers opened the scoring five minutes into the clash through Thabiso Monyane after be beat Jody February at the near post to make it 1-0.

Pirates doubled their lead in the 36th minute when 18-year-old Relebohile Ratomo slotted the ball home from close range for his first goal for Pirates.

The visitors added a third goal four minutes later after Ratomo put Monnapule Saleng through on goal for his 11th goal of the season.

Pirates put the game beyond Usuthu in the 83rd minute when Kabelo Dlamini found the back of the net after he was set up by Terrence Dzvukamanja as the game ended 4-0 in Durban.

The defeat saw AmaZulu end their campaign in 12th place with 33 points while Pirates in second place with 54 points to secure their place in next year’s Caf Champions League.
