The Ivorian defender was one of Gallants standout performers last season in the DStv Premiership and the Caf Confederation Cup in which they reached the semi-finals.
Toure boasts experience having previously played for AFAD Djékanou, ES Bingerville, ASEC Mimosas and Marumo Gallants.
The defender has since became the club’s fourth signing behind Oscarine Masuluke, Thabo Moloisane and Basil Mphahlele.
“Touré is undoubtedly one of the very best defenders in our league and an important signing for our club,” head coach Steve Barker said.
“He showed his qualities throughout last season with Marumo Gallants, including outstanding performances in the Confederations Cup.
“He is a physically commanding centre-back who is good with the ball at his feet, and we believe that he will be a big addition to our squad.”
