Muhsin Ertugral is expected to meet Irvin Khoza tomorrow to hand in his resignation after his side’s 6-1 loss to SuperSport on Tuesday.
Orlando Pirates, leading at the break 1-0 courtesy of a Tendai Ndoro goal, capitulated in the second half conceding six unanswered goals as the rain washed away any thoughts of a win in Nelspruit.
Speaking after the match, Ertugral confirmed that such was the disastrous nature of his side’s display that he would hand in his resignation on Wednesday.
The Turkish, visibly upset during his post-match interview, declared the result to be the worst in the club’s history and as a result, he would offer his resignation to the club’s chairman.
