Marumo Gallants have appointed Pitso Dladla as their new head coach while also confirming 15 new signings ahead of the 2023/24 Motsepe Foundation Championship season.
Dladla will be assisted by Rodney Moroka while Stevanus Ekakala will take over as the goalkeeping coach, Amos Dhlomo will also stay on as Fitness Trainer & Masseur while Rasikan Moodley joining the club as technical performance coach.
The club also announced that football administrator Sinky Mnisi, served executive and administrative roles for clubs in both the Motsepe Foundation Championship and Premier Soccer League (PSL) divisions, will take over as the CEO.
The Dr. Petrus Molemela Stadium in Bloemfontein, Free State, was chosen as the team’s home field for the new season. However, the stadium is still being fixed up so that it can be used.
In the meantime, Gallants’ next home games will be held at Isak Steyl Stadium at the Vaal University of Technology (Gauteng), which has also been confirmed as an alternative home ground, while announcing Umbro as their new kit sponsor.

Gallants also confirmed that they have retained 11 players while also announce the signings of 15 new players ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Matome Kgoetyane, Brendon Mokgope, Koketso More, Sibusiso Nkosi, Edgar Manaka, Samuel Nkomo, Tebogo Thangwane, Boitumelo Pheko, Ndivhuwo Ravuhali, Cheick Soumaro and Augustine Ramphela.
Newly signed players:
King Ndlovu, Thato Pheeha, Bareng Ledwaba, Lerato Ntamane, Kutlwano Mzimela, Themba Nobela, Itumeleng Shopane, Tshepo Chaine, Osborn Maluleke, Andy Mboweni, Adson Khumalo, Tshiamo Mashoene, Laudry Mukaba, George Lata and Cyrelle Ngessan (additional players to be announced pending finalization of appointments).
