Lorenzo Gordinho says his main objective for this campaign is to grow and mature as a player during his loan spell at Bloemfontein Celtic, writes DYLAN APPOLIS.
The 23-year-old has already managed to rack up 18 appearances in all competitions for Celtic since joining the club on loan from Kaizer Chiefs during the January transfer window.
Gordinho admits that joining Siwelele was out of his ‘comfort zone’, but he admits that he is enjoying the experience.
‘My experience at the club thus far has been good, playing regularly is very important as well as having consistent performances,’ Gordinho said.
‘I think my main object this season was to grow and mature even further as a player and [to] come out of my comfort zone to Bloemfontein Celtic has brought that aspect on and I’m happy with that.’
Bloemfontein Celtic are set to take on Maritzburg United when the two side’s go head-to-head in the quarter-final of the Nedbank Cup on Saturday, with kick-off set for 3:30pm.
