Bloemfontein Celtic defender Lorenzo Gordinho says his side will continue to fight for a top-eight finish in the Absa Premiership this season, writes DYLAN APPOLIS.
Siwelele currently occupy eighth place in the Absa Premiership standings with 32 points after 24 games played so far this season.
The 23-year-old will be hoping his side can reach their goal of finishing inside the top eight this campaign while also stating his ambitions of earning a call-up to the Bafana Bafana set-up.
‘We definitely want to finish in the top eight and are trying to climb as high as possible; it’s going to be an exciting finish to the season,’ Gordinho said.
‘One of my main goals is to be a part of the national team and I want to achieve that again.’
Bloemfontein Celtic will now turn their attention back to the Absa Premiership when they take on Orlando Pirates at the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday, with kick-off set for 19:30.
