After scoring three goals to knock Kaizer Chiefs out of the MTN8, SuperSport United striker Bradley Grobler has now set his sights on Orlando Pirates.
SuperSport have enjoyed an impressive start to the season, beating both Soweto giants in the MTN8 to progress to the final, while also winning three of their four Absa Premiership matches.

The return of Bradley Grobler’s scoring form has been one of the driving forces behind their early season results, particularly in the MTN8. The Bafana Bafana striker started the competition by providing an assist for Evans Rusike’s goal against Pirates as Matsatsantsa went on to win on penalties after a 2-2 draw.
Grobler then hit a sensational double in the semi-final first leg against Kaizer Chiefs as his side went on to draw 2-2. Chiefs had the advantage heading into their second leg, due to the away goals, but Grobler was again the difference maker as he scored the only goal of the game to send his team to the MTN8 final.
SuperSport, however, will have yet another tough test ahead of them as they travel to the Orlando Stadium to face the Buccaneers.
‘It will be a difficult match against a good team. I think they have changed their style of play since we last played them,’ Grobler admitted to Goal.

‘They tend to play ball possession football now and they did very well against Black Leopards,’ the 30-year-old marksman continued.
Grobler, who has scored six times in his career against Pirates, is brimming with confidence and is keen to continue his scoring form.
‘As a striker, once you score your first goal of the season, it boosts your confidence, and you become hungry for goals.
‘At the moment I am confident and I will be hoping to score, and help the team win,’ Grobler concluded.
Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United will do battle at the Orlando Stadium in the Absa Premiership on Saturday evening, with kick-off at 8:15pm.
