Kaizer Chiefs secured back-to-back victories in the DStv Premiership after they claimed a narrow 1-0 win over Maritzburg United at the Harry Gwala Stadium this past Sunday evening.

A 63rd-minute goal from veteran striker Bernard Parker was enough to have Amakhosi bag all three points away from home.

The win takes Chiefs up to sixth place on the league table on 18 points, while the Team of Choice remain in 11th position with 11 points after 11 matches played thus far.
