Catch up with highlights from Wednesday evening’s DStv Premiership action where Orlando Pirates were held to a 0-0 draw by Golden Arrows while, in the earlier game, Swallows FC scored at the death to earn a point against Stellenbosch.

In what proved to be a tight affair, both sides were struggling to create chances with Deon Hotto’s blazing shot over the bar – and Nduduzo Sibiya’s post-shaving free kick – the only real action in the first stanza.

Things livened up in the second as Pirates began testing Arrows keeper Gumede, however, they still could not find a way to goal and were forced to settle for a point.

Meanwhile, in the earlier game, Swallows struck in the dying stages to rescue a 1-1 draw at Stellenbosch.

The home side took advantage of the familiar windy conditions early on when they took the lead with nine minutes played, as Juan Ortiz whipped in the free kick which was met by Zitha Macheke who expertly glanced his header into the bottom-right corner.

Swallows looked to be drifting towards another defeat but in the last minute of the game they grabbed a leveller as Letlabika put the ball in the back of the net after Siphesihle Mbhele’s header was flicked on from a corner.
