Bidvest Wits coach Gavin Hunt was left fuming after Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila (TTM) bought the PSL status of the Clever Boys.
TTM shocked the South African football world when they announced the purchase of the Braamfontein-based outfit on Saturday evening.
However, TTM boss Masala Mulaudzi revealed that Hunt will be without a job when the season concludes as the former GladAfrica Championship side cannot afford a coach of Hunt’s calibre.
Speaking to the Sowetan, Hunt said: ‘I’m not good. I don’t want to say too much, let’s talk another day.
‘Right now I don’t want to talk too much about it, you know, [I am] very upset about it.’
He added: ‘Anyway, I don’t want to get involved. We must finish well and we must put this team in Africa, that’s the most important thing.
‘Right now I just don’t want to talk about anything. We need to see that everything happens right. Sorry, my friend, I don’t want to talk about it anymore.’
The Clever Boys are currently sixth in the Absa Premiership standings with 38 points from 21 matches played so far this season, 10 points behind log leaders Kaizer Chiefs.
