Black Leopards winger Lesedi Kapinga says he has not made any decision on his future and is rather focused on helping his team avoid relegation once football resumes.

Kapinga has been one of the shining lights in what has been a tough season for Lidoda Duvha, scoring six goals and also providing six assists across all competitions.

The 24-year-old player has subsequently caught the attention of AmaZulu FC, Mamelodi Sundowns, SuperSport United, Kaizer Chiefs and Bidvest Wits.

The youngster is, however, not focusing on his long-term future but rather on keeping fit during the national lockdown as he aims to fire Leopards to safety when the season resumes.

‘I am at home relaxing and training alone as we have been given a programme to follow,’ Kapinga told DailySun.

‘With regard to my future, I have had a lot of stories linking me with many teams but, to be honest, I have not spoken to any team or made a decision about my future.

‘All I know is that I am Black Leopards player and I have to be professional. My focus is at Leopards. I want to make sure that Leopards move from the danger zone,’ he added.

‘I cannot start to think about going somewhere else when I am still contracted, and we are not in a good position.’
