Orlando Pirates have announced that Thembinkosi Lorch has rejoined the squad after he pleaded guilty to all club charges against him and had his suspension lifted.
The winger was left out of the squad as they entered the bio-secure environment (BSE) created by the PSL.
The news broke on the day of Pirates’ first game back against Mamelodi Sundowns, as the club announced that both Lorch and Justin Shonga had been suspended for breaching protocols.
Pirates did not specify if the breach was Covid-19 related or not.
The Soweto giants, in a statement on their website, revealed that the Bafana Bafana international has linked up with the squad ahead of their next game after pleading guilty to all charges.
