Orlando Pirates have confirmed that Thembinkosi Lorch will miss their Absa Premiership clash with Black Leopards this weekend.
The 28-year-old will serve the last ban of his two-match suspension after picking up a red card during their thrilling 3-2 victory over Polokwane City at Orlando Stadium on 26 November.
The reigning PSL Footballer of the Season will return to action when Pirates take on Bloemfontein Celtic at the Sisa Dukashe Stadium on 4 January.
‘Following his red card, received against Polokwane City, Thembinkosi Lorch will serve his second-match ban against Black Leopards on Saturday,’ the club confirmed on Twitter.
However, Pirates are now set to host Leopards in their final league game of 2019 when they square off at the Orlando Stadium this weekend, with kick-off set for 3:30pm.
