Weeks after securing the signatures of Lebogang Manyama and Andriamirado ‘Dax’ Andrianarimanana, Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that the two are in contention to be selected for Saturday’s clash against Cape Town City.
The Glamour Boys have not had the best of starts to life under new coach Giovanni Solinas.

Amakhosi are winless in the league after five matches, drawing four and losing one, while they also suffered a damaging defeat in the MTN8 semi-finals, extending their trophy drought.
The poor start has been put down to the adjustment of not only the new coach but also a host of new players. Chiefs did good business in the transfer window, signing the likes of Khama Billiat and Godfrey Walusimbi, who have made their debuts already.
The Amakhosi faithful were, however, made to wait to see former South African Footballer of the Year Manyama and 2018 Cosafa Cup Player of the Tournament Dax in action for the Soweto giants.

That wait looks to be over as the Naturena-based club confirmed on their website that both are up to speed after the international break and are ready to make their debuts for the club.
Chiefs midfielder Siphelele Ntshangase spoke to the club’s website and admitted that the availability of the two players has given the club a timely boost.
‘Dax and Lebo are very good players and their availability will have a positive impact on the team,’ said the midfielder.
Chiefs will travel to Cape Town Stadium this weekend to take on Benni McCarthy’s Cape Town City, with kick-off at 3pm.
