Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Oupa Manyisa is targeting more silverware in his second season with the Brazilians.
The Bafana Bafana midfielder made the high profile switch from Orlando Pirates to Chloorkop in August last year and went on to enjoy a stellar campaign. Manyisa forced his way into coach Pitso Mosimane’s team, making 27 appearances in 30 Premiership games as Downs went on to lift the title.

Last season’s success, however, has not satisfied the midfielder, who is determined to have another superb season.
‘All I can say is that I’m looking forward to another great season,’ Manyisa told SowetanLive.
‘The team can rely on me but, as I said, it’s not about me. There are a lot of other guys and we just have to put our heads together moving forward.

‘We won the league, but now we have to put that at the back of our heads and get ready for the new season.
‘We are going to face Chiefs to do what we have been doing throughout pre-season.’
The Brazilians will start their title defence when they host Kaizer Chiefs in a blockbuster opening clash at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday, with kick-off scheduled for 3pm.
