Orlando Pirates star Gabadinho Mhango and Highlands Park hitman Peter Shalulile will share the PSL Golden Boot award after they both hit the back of the net on the final day of the season, taking their respective tallies to 16 goals.
The duo came into the final game of the season tied at the top of the scoring charts with 15 goals, while SuperSport United striker Bradley Grobler was one goal back on 14 goals.
Mhango led the scoring charts coming into the restart, but struggled to rediscover that form as he went on a six-game goalless streak. However, he ended that drought with a late winner against Maritzburg United on the penultimate day of the season.
The Pirates striker then fired his side into the lead just before the break against Stellenbosch, which was his 16th of the season and earned his share of the award.
In the Absa Prem Golden Boot race, Gabadinho Mhango has taken pole position.

Shalulile became the first Namibian to win the award after his heroics for the Lions of the North. The young forward has been a consistent scorer the whole season for a side which have had their struggles up top.
The Highlands forward scored four goals in five games in the bubble and deservedly took a share of the Golden Boot award.
