Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane says he was not satisfied with a point, following their 0-0 draw against Chippa United on Saturday.

The Brazilians and the Chilli Boys were forced to share the spoils at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in their Absa Premiership clash yesterday.

Mosimane believes his side had enough quality in attack and had numerous chances to put the game to bed.

‘It’s a very good game of football, we tried our best, but our best was not good enough, to be honest. But we got numerous chances and open ones. It’s just the technique, hey. Percy had so many chances, but it’s a good game, entertaining game on a Saturday,’ Mosimane told SuperSport TV.

‘We controlled the midfield in the second half, and that’s why [Hlompho] Kekana didn’t have the legs in the end and we brought in Mshishi [Themba Zwane]. We brought in Anthony [Laffor] and [Yannick] Zakri, but unfortunately we could not get much.

‘We dominated, but domination doesn’t mean anything if you don’t put the ball in the net. But I rather take that than we play 0-0 and we don’t “play”, the integrity of the club is important.

‘We played, but it doesn’t mean we’ll score all the time. They’re a good team, they’re stubborn.’
