Kaizer Chiefs right back Ramahlwe Mphahlele has warned his side against complacency ahead of their Absa Premiership clash with Black Leopards on Saturday.
The Glamour Boys got off to a winning start in the league after claiming a 3-2 victory over Highlands Park in their opening game of the new season.
Amakhosi will be hoping to make it back-to-back wins in the PSL when they travel to Durdan to face Leopards in their second match of the campaign.
The 29-year-old defender doesn’t want his side to get carried away with having big ambitions, especially after finishing ninth in the league last season.
‘We need to just build on from it; let’s not get carried away and start having too big ambitions,’ Mphahlele told the media.
‘We have another one on Saturday against Black Leopards, which is going to be very difficult because they lost their first game and will want to bounce back.’
Kaizer Chiefs against Black Leopards kicks off at 8:15pm.
