Ajax Cape Town coach Muhsin Ertugral says he will not rule out the possibility of leaving the club if offers from abroad should arise.

The Urban Warriors will be playing in the National First Division during the new season following their decision to withdraw their bid to interdict the 2018-19 Premier Soccer League (PSL) start.
The Turkish tactician admitted there is a possibility of joining a club in Turkey or Saudi Arabia, but would like to remain at Ajax and build a squad that can compete in the NFD.
‘The club has a structure. It is so unfortunate that the problem couldn’t be solved in time. South African football needs Ajax Cape Town,’ Ertugral told IOL.
‘The possibilities from Turkey and Saudi Arabia are always there. If they come, I will look at them but for now, my focus is on assembling a very good young squad that will compete in the NFD. It is completely a rebuilding process and I can’t leave the club in this situation. We are building a good team of [players who are] 19 and 20 years old.’

Ertugral will be hoping his side can bounce back and reclaim their PSL status at the end of the 2018-19 campaign.
‘I attained 18 points in the second round of the season. If you compare the number of points that the club received under my tenure and the number of the points that other clubs amassed, we would have been in the top eight. That is a huge jump. It wasn’t easy. The whole situation was complex.’
FourFourTwoSA also previously stated that defending PSL champions Mamelodi Sundowns have fended off competition to acquire the services of defender Mosa Lebusa.
‘Lebusa has done well for us. He is leaving the club.’
‘He is joining Sundowns and I think he will do well there,’ Ertugral concluded.
Ajax Cape Town will take on Jomo Cosmos in their opening National First Division encounter at the Vosloorus Stadium on Sunday, with kick-off set for 3pm.
