Mogakolodi Ngele could feature for Mamelodi Sundowns against Bidvest Wits in their next league encounter after receiving his permanent residence permit.
Since returning from his loan spell with Bidvest Wits, Ngele has followed in the footsteps of teammates Cuthbert Malajila, Khama Billiat, Denis Onyango, Kennedy Mweene and Anthony Laffor to be ranted his naturalisation.
Pitso Mosimane revealed his delight at the return of the midfielder known as ‘Tsotso’ in footballing circles.
‘Ngele got his work permit, hopefully he will also come, we have been waiting for him,’ he told kickoff.
‘When I see free kicks like [Marc] van Heerden’s, we know we have somebody that can deliver those balls,’ he added.
The former Bafana Bafana mentor also revealed that defender Rivaldo Coetzee is making steady progress from his injury.
‘Rivaldo has taken off the moon boot,’ he concluded.
