Former SuperSport United forward Thuso Phala has confirmed that Absa Premiership log leaders Orlando Pirates are showing interest in his services.
The 32-year-old has been without a club since parting ways with Matsatsantsa in March this year after his falling-out with the club.
Phala has only made 11 appearances across all competitions for Matsatsantsa this campaign before his falling-out with coach Kaitano Tembo over a lack of game time.
However, the Gauteng-born attacker has since been linked with a move to Highlands Park and Orlando Pirates, among other clubs.
Phala admits that he would jump at the opportunity to join the Soweto giants, should they come for his signature.
‘There are some offers on the table. My manager and I are working around that to make the right decision,’ Phala told SABC.
‘There are offers that I took off the table, but I can still look at them again. But there is one offer left from a Johannesburg club.
‘I don’t think there is a club that can say no to Pirates. It’s a big team, they win things, they have a star, if they come to me I wouldn’t say no.’
