Former Orlando Pirates star Thabo Rakhale has finally found a new home after he was snapped up by Botswana outfit Township Rollers.

The 33-year-old has been without a club for one year since he parted ways with Sekhukhune United.

Rakhale brings a wealth of experience to the club having previously turned out for Orlando Pirates, Polokwane City, Chippa United, Tshakhuma, Marumo Gallants and most recently Sekhukhune United.

Over the course of his career, Rakhale has made 212 appearances across all competitions and has contributed to 29 goals with 13 goals and 16 assists.

The Gauteng-born winger is the second South African to join the club this season after the arrival of former Pirates star Siphamandla Sangweni last week.

“Rakhale Joins Rollers,” Township Rollers posted on their official Twitter page.

“Township Rollers is pleased to announce the signing of South African winger Thabo Rakhale.

“Join us in welcoming the skillful former Orlando Pirates, Chippa United and Sekhukhune United star to the Blues.”
