Peter Shalulile is aiming to end the campaign on a high note with Mamelodi Sundowns after he was voted DStv Premiership Player of the Month for August/September.
The Namibian forward has been in red-hot form since the start of this campaign, scoring five goals in the opening six league matches.
Shalulile fended off competition from in-form players such as Victor Letsoalo of Royal AM and teammates Rivaldo Coetzee and Denis Onyango to claim the monthly award.
The Sundowns star is now hoping he can continue his current form and has already set himself a target for the end of the current campaign.
“I am still the same Peter that gives 150% at training, doing extra work and listening more to the coaches,” Shalulile told his club’s official website.
“My target for this season is to end everything on a high note with the team, to do good and hopefully score more goals like I did in the previous season.”
