AmaZulu have confirmed that they have extended the contract of star midfielder Siyethemba Sithebe with the Kwa-Zulu Natal outfit.
The 26-year-old has recently been linked with a move away from the club but has since put pen to paper on a three-year contract with Usuthu to remain at the club until 2022.
The midfielder has featured regularly for Usuthu in their two seasons back in the Absa Premiership under head coach Cavin Johnson.
Sithebe has managed to find the net twice and assisted a further four from 30 appearances in all competitions for AmaZulu during the 2018-19 season.

Meanwhile, Usuthu have also recently extended the deal of defender Tshepo Gumede for a further two years after signing him as a free agent in January.
The Kwa-Zulu Natal outfit has already made one new signing during the current transfer window after capturing the services of former Kaizer Chiefs striker Lehlohonolo Majoro, who returns to the club after spending one season with Bidvest Wits.
Majoro signed a two-year-deal with AmaZulu before the start of the 2019-20 season in the hope of filling the void left by veteran striker Siyabonga Nomvethe.
