The Italian coach, who’s first coaching job in South Africa came at Free State Stars back in 2015, however, Solinas will now come up against his former club for the first time when Amakhosi travel to Goble Park on Tuesday.

On his return to Goble Park, Solinas admits that Amakhosi’s next league fixture will be a ‘special game’ for him personally while wishing Ea Lla Koto all the best for the campaign.

‘It is a special game for me, me I spent a great time in Bethlehem, I want to thank the Mokoena family, the chairman, because they gave me the opportunity to work in South Africa, for me it is a special game, yes it is (emotional),’ Solinas said.
