Kaizer Chiefs coach Giovanni Solinas believes midfielder Siphelele Ntshangase has improved a lot in the last two months and can make a return to the Bafana Bafana setup.
Stuart Baxter left out both Ntshangase and Orlando Pirates midfielder Xola Mlambo out of his squad to face Seychelles in back-to-back Afcon qualifiers, much to the displeasure of many fans.

Bafana’s first game will be at the FNB stadium on Saturday, with the return leg taking place on Tuesday afternoon at Stade Linete in Victoria.
Solinas admitted to the media that he believes Ntshangase could make a return to the Bafana set up but that he respects Baxter’s decision.

‘I respect Stuart Baxter. He is a good coach. He is fantastic and we must respect his decision, but for me, I still believe Ntshangase can play in the national team. He is a young player and he has improved a lot in the last two months,’ said the Italian.
The Chiefs midfielder has not made an appearance for the national team since September last year, but Solinas believes he could add to his six caps and two goals.
‘He is fantastic on the ball. He has improved defensively. He is now a box-to-box midfielder. Why not? Yes [he can play for Bafana Bafana],’ concluded the former Free State Stars coach.
