Kaizer Chiefs defender Yagan Sasman believes his side will continue to improve if they maintain their current work rate.
The 23-year-old has already had an impressive start to life at Amakhosi since making his debut in the Absa Premiership in their 2-0 victory over AmaZulu on 24 September.
The former Ajax Cape Town defender has featured in six games in all competitions this season and managed to keep four clean sheets in his last four games for the Soweto giants.
Sasman admits that he is gaining a load of experience from his fellow teammates as he continues to work his way into the Amakhosi starting lineup.
‘With the continuous hard work and everyone working together for the same goal and good communication, everything has been getting better. We can only improve,’ Sasman told his club’s official website.
‘I am really enjoying my football. I think it has been a good start for me. I have been getting time on the pitch and I have been learning from the other guys and I feel I still have a lot to learn.’
Kaizer Chiefs will now turn their attention to their Soweto derby clash with Orlando Pirates in the Absa Premiership at the FNB Stadium on Saturday, with kick-off set for 3:30pm.
