Stellenbosch FC have announced the promotion of midfielder Jayden Adams to the senior team ahead of the resumption of the Absa Premiership season.
The 18-year-old has become the first academy graduate to sign a professional contract with the club since their inception in 2016.
Adams, who netted five goals and four assists in 22 starts in the MDC this season, has since putting pen to paper on a long-term contract with the Western Cape outfit

Head Coach of the MDC side Evangelos Vellios said: ‘Adams orchestrated most of our attacking moves going forward and was definitely our player of the season.’
