Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed the signing of Bafana Bafana international and former Bournemouth striker Tokelo Rantie.
Rantie has been training with Downs since the start of pre-season after his contract with Cape Town City was terminated due to off-field issues.
Coach Pitso Mosimane, though, recently said he wants to give the troubled star a second chance at Sundowns after impressing him in the months spent in training at Chloorkop.
With Jeremey Brockie having departed to Maritzburg United on loan on deadline day, the Absa Premiership champions have confirmed that the forward has officially signed a three-year-deal.

The former Cape Town City man will now hope to force his way into Mosimane’s team. But, having not played a competitive match since 2017, he will need to continue to perform in training in order to prove his fitness and get the nod.
Rantie becomes Sundowns’ fourth addition for the 2019-20 campaign, after already signing Sammy Seabi, Mauricio Affonso and Nyiko Mobbie.
