Mamelodi Sundowns defender Ricardo Nascimento is finally back in training with the Brazilians after a groin injury which has seen him miss the entire 2019/20 season so far.
The defender has not been involved with Down the whole season after becoming a vital component of Pitso Mosimane’s defence in recent seasons but picked up a serious injury at the back end of last season.
Sundowns though have now been handed a major boost with the news that he re-joined training on Friday as they look for a massive boost in the last half of the season.

Dows are looking to chase down PSL log leaders Kaizer Chiefs, while also looking to compete for the highly coveted CAF Champions League and the 32-year-old’s experience and know how could prove vital.
The return of the defender will now also mean that Mosimane’s team will have filled their foreign quota with the Brazilian joining Bangaly Soumahoro, Gaston Sirino, Jose Ali Meza and Mauricio Affonso.
