Mamelodi Sundowns have completed their third signing after acquiring the services of Tanzanian striker Habib Kyombo.
The 18-year-old joins Masandwana after spending a 10-day trail at the defending PSL champions in August 2018.
Kyombo would have to be registered as a foreign player in order to play in the South African top-flight for the upcoming season.
However, Sundowns already have the likes of Ricardo Nascimento, Bangaly Soumahoro, Gaston Sirino, Emiliano Tade, Jose Ali Meza and Mauricio Affonso on their books to fill their foreign quota.
The striker has now confirmed his move to Sundowns on his representatives Instagram account, Shadaka Sport Management which reads:
First of all I would like to thank God for everything.
I would like the the Amazing fansof Singida United, players, Technical Bench and Staffs for being with the whole Season you were truly the best for me.. Thank you so Much
But also I would like to thank my management @shadakasports for handling the deal from where i was to where i am now
I’ve officially started a new chapter of my football journey with my new club Mamelodi Sundowns and i pray to God to lead me to the right path until i reach my goals InshaAllah. 🙏🏾 #Sundowns #ForeverYellow
