Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper Dennis Onyango has been named in the official 2018 African Team of the Year, announced by Caf at the awards ceremony on Tuesday.
The Ugandan shot-stopper, who is the only African-based player in the team, had another stellar year in 2018.
Not only did Onyango help guide Mamelodi Sundowns to their 8th Absa Premiership title, but he also impressed with his national team after helping them qualify for the 2019 African Cup of Nations without conceding a single goal.
