Here’s how Twitter reacted to the news:
It never came as a shock to me that benni mccarthy fired at @CapeTownCityFC it was long coming he was busy trying to emulate pitso mosimane with his comments about refrees and @KaizerChiefs. Football will humble you.

Benni McCarthy sacked!
Now please @BafanaBafana appoint him head coach with Ntseki as assistant— Sav (@AdierSav) November 4, 2019
Besides Benni McCarthy, Bayern Munich has also showed Niko Kovac the door. Just when I thought Bayern had rediscovered its magic touch. Eintracht Frankfurt demolished Bayern 5-1 at the weekend. Which proved too much for powers-that-be at Bayern.

7 – Under Benni McCarthy, Cape Town City had been winless in each of their last seven #AbsaPrem matches (D3 L4) – their joint-longest run of league matches without a win since they were formed in 2016. Terminated. pic.twitter.com/ryubPsrnZg

They just mid-night shuffle him. Cape Town City have parted ways with Benni McCarthy. A string of poor results for sure led to this. Letting go of him at night…sneaky!
