AmaZulu have officially appointed former Polokwane City manager Jozef Vukusic as their new head coach on a three-year contract.
The Slovak tactician was previously on the books of Rise and Shine but left the Limpopo-based club at the end of last season.
He also led Polokwane to a record fifth-place finish in the Absa Premiership in 2018-19 during his first season coaching in the South African top flight.
Vukusic replaces Cavin Johnson, who was sacked on Monday after a series of poor results at Usuthu which has them languishing at the foot of the table with two points after five league outings.
The 55-year-old was recently been linked to Chippa United, Maritzburg United and Stellenbosch, but Usuthu worked swiftly to reach an agreement with Vukusic.
