Watch as Pitso Mosimane bids the Mamelodi Sundowns family an emotional farewell after announcing his resignation to reportedly take up a job with Egyptian giants Al Ahly.
The 56-year-old rocked the South African football landscape on Wednesday by announcing his resignation to move to north Africa.
The 2016 Caf Coach of the Year is expected to be unveiled as the new Al Ahly coach soon.
‘Jingles’ released a lengthy statement confirming his Sundowns exit, followed by a statement by the club and president Patrice Motsepe.
The coach then took to Twitter to release a video, saying farewell to the Brazilians, supporters, board, club president Patrice Motsepe and everyone associated with the club.
In his farewell, the former Bafana Bafana coach also revealed his reasons for leaving the 2016 Caf Champions League winners.
