Bloemfontein Celtic coach Serame Letsoaka says his side will only build and get strong following their 0-0 draw with Free State Stars on Wednesday.
Phunya Sele Sele had more of the opportunities to score in their goalless draw with El Lla Koto but were constantly denied by Stars goalkeeper Thela Ngobeni throughout the match.
Letsoaka believes that Ngobeni was the only thing standing between Celtic and victory but the Phunya Sele Sele mentor insists that his side will build on their performance and come back stronger.
‘I think this is a game we could have wrapped up in the first half. I think their goalkeeper stood between us and victory, hence the keeper is Man of Match,’ Letsoaka said.
‘I think we did everything to score a goal, unfortunately, we couldn’t get that and their keeper saved them. We are building from this performance going forward. One point from this, first point of the season, we can only build from here and get stronger.’
Bloemfontein Celtic will now welcome Golden Arrows to the Dr Molemela Stadium when the two side’s meet in the Absa Premiership on September 25.
Kick-off has been set for 15:00.
