Orlando Pirates midfielder Nkanyiso Zungu could be on the move this month with his agent, Mike Makaab, admitting that they are looking at possibilities for a loan move away from the Sea Robbers.
The 25-year-old signed for the Soweto giants in January 2020 but has struggled to break into the team due to loss of form and injuries.
Zungu made just one appearance in the league with his only other appearance coming in the Caf Confederation Cup.
The former AmaZulu man is thus weighing up his options as he looks for game time, with his agent has admitting they are looking at possibilities but the final decision will be Pirates’.
Makaab told the Sowetan: “We are looking at all possibilities for him; yes, we obviously have to get the blessings from Orlando Pirates regarding that.
“I believe that if they don’t have plans to use him for the second half of the season, then they will look at some form of a deal so that he could get game time elsewhere.
“It will be good for all parties. [At the moment] I’m waiting for Pirates, but listen, we have to do something before the window [closes] based on how the coaching staff is contributing in the next four or five months.”
